A global movement for healing through creation

Let movement saywhat language can't.

Moved is a global movement for creative wellness. Through dance, music, voice, and art, you remake the stories you carry — because power doesn't come from control, it comes from creation. Walk in carrying it. Walk out the author of it.

We all carry stories that words can't quite reach.

The ones that live in our chest, our jaw, our hips. Somewhere along the way, most of us learned to leave the body out of it — to think our way through grief, to analyze the hardest things that ever happened to us. But analysis is a loop. It circles the same ground, and the circling keeps you stuck.

Moved is built on a different idea: that power doesn't come from control — it comes from creation. When you retell your story through music, art, and dance, you aren't just revisiting it. You're recreating it. And in recreating it, you stop being the one it happened to and become the one who authors it. That is how you take your story, and your power, back.

You take ownership of your story. You reframe it. You rewrite it. You are no longer the victim of it.

It was founded by Sharon — a classically trained singer and pianist with 25 years behind the keys, and a former AI engineer who left everything that looked right to build something that felt real. The rigor of MIT and the discipline of classical music, married to the radical vulnerability of asking a room full of strangers to close their eyes and move. The precision matters. The surrender matters more.

Sharon, founder of Moved

You don't analyze the story. You move it.

No choreography. No experience needed. We start slow, tuning into sensation, then build into partnered exploration — what happens when your story meets someone else's. The goal is simple: to help you express what you carry and process it in a way that's healthy for the body — so the feeling integrates instead of spinning in your head.

Recreate

Take the story in your hands again through music, voice, and art. Not to relive it — to remake it, and become its author rather than its subject.

Embody

Move it through the body. A lean, a breath, a weight shared, a sound released. The feeling stops circling in the mind and finds a way out.

Integrate

What moves through you settles in a way that's whole and healthy — no more freeze, no more loop. You walk out lighter, and holding your own power.

From pure joy to deep healing — a doorway for wherever you are.

Intimate enough to feel safe, open enough to feel free, beautiful enough to feel sacred, and joyful enough that you forget you're healing until you've already healed.

A room, then a city, then the world.

Moved grows the way it heals — intentionally, in community. From the first gathering to a movement that spans continents, the circle only widens. This is how you build something the whole world can belong to.

The room

Gather

Intimate gatherings and workshops where the practice takes shape and people feel, for the first time, what it means to be the author of their own story.

The circle

Connect

A worldwide community and a digital home — the Moved app — so the practice lives between gatherings and travels with you, wherever you are.

The world

Move together

Signature experiences and Moved events across cities and continents, until creation as a path to power belongs to everyone who wants it.
